ULA-COC Hosts Second Annual Town Hall: December 4th, 3:00pm

Since Measure ULA took effect two years ago, @City of Los Angeles recorded its first drop in the homeless count in years, coinciding with ULA’s first two years. Estolano Advisors is proud to serve as the Interim Inspector General for the Citizen Oversight Committee, which provides key oversight to the most transformative social housing and homelessness prevention funding stream the City has seen to date.
