July 1, 2025: City Council Approves ULA Expenditure Plan and Homes for LA NOFA

On Tuesday, July 1, 2025 LA City Council approved the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 expenditure plan, including $376.7 million to be released for affordable housing development and preservation via the Homes for LA program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

The Citizen Oversight Committee (COC) reviewed both the NOFA timeline and the expenditure plan  at the March 13th and April 24th regular COC meetings.

The COC is excited to see the NOFA for the inaugural round of affordable housing funds in September.
