The Citizen Oversight Committee (COC) of United to House Los Angeles (ULA) is excited to host the 2026 Town Hall! This is our third annual Town Hall and we are excited to share updates on all the accomplishments from the past year. 

Voted in by Los Angeles City residents in 2022, Measure ULA (Ordinance No. 187692) funds 11 programs aimed at producing and preserving affordable housing and protecting tenants. 

Measure ULA states that "[T]o promote transparency and accountability, the Oversight Committee shall hold an annual town hall to report on the progress and shortcomings of the House LA Fund-Programs and hear from the public." SEC. 22.618.6.(c)(8) 

Town Hall programming includes: 

• an overview of the progress of the program over the past year,  

• a panel discussion,  

• an opportunity for attendees to engage in discussion and share feedback on ULA programs

• partner fair to learn about ULA programs and resources

Logistics:

Parking: there are several parking lots in the area and an underground lot onsite at a $10 daily rate

For public transit, the venue is on bus routes: 233, 237, and DASH routes Panorama City/Van Nuys and Studio City/Van Nuys and is a ten minute walk from Metro G Line - Oxnard/Van Nuys Station.

Light bites and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
